The Sainik Kalyan Nideshalay is under Home Department , Government of Bihar, It is for welfare of ex-serviceman. The Administration of special funds for reconstruction of rehabilitation of ex-servicemen is under this directorate. To administer the fund, there is State Managing Committee. The Hon’ble Governor is Chairman of this Committee.
